Submission Policy

We Are switching to collections due to the lack of time of the administrators. Every time we make an update you will be noticed by a submission of a print screen of the collection's layout.
The sending process is the same: Send us notes with your link or thumb of your deviation. For more info read:
[link]We are doing this because of the increasing number of members and deviations. We do not want to restrict the number of deviations you send.
Another reason for which we are changing the rules is that we want to prevent the faving in gallery. What does faving in the club's gallery means:
1. Credit given to us instead of the original artist
2. More time wasted with sending notes to the artists that faved our deviations.

We want to impose certain standards regarding the photographies posted in this club's gallery, that's why we will try to sort them out.

We reserve the right to choose between posting or not posting certain deviations. Also, we will offer you the motivation for our choices if demanded by note.

We will soon post some tutorials about photography because we want to give our members the possibility of learning new tips and tricks. To sum it up, it will help you improve your photographic technique.

Submissions are to be sent by note, just by copying the url or the thumb in the body of the message. WE PREFER THUMBS.
(You could preview your note to be sure the way you pasted your thumb is correct. It will show you your deviation)

Notes with no subject will be deleted.

For now there are no submission limits.

Anyone is allowed to join.
The rule is to watch us and post our icon in your journal or in your signature. See more info here

We reserve the right to remove any member from our watch and also block them from the club, if they display any activity that is not conducive to community spirit.
Harassment of any Administrative staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances!

If the situation continues, we will be forced to take other measures regarding the deviant.

If you have a club-related question, complaint or suggestion, please note us. We would like to help you if possible.
We would also would like to keep these kinds of concerns off the front page.
